They're not related but Nathan and Sarah have been together since they remember. They were born into a world that was destroyed by a biological weapon, leaving those not immune to turn into the living dead. The two ran into eachother and Nathan got Sarah out of a jam and they've always had eachother's back. Yet even knowing they weren't related they've never had an intimate relationship.
