His full name is Seiryuu no Kibachiyo and his past is ways to long to tell it here...

He is also called Count Seiryuu....since he is the ruler of The Castle Seiryuu. 

He lives since the beginning of human tribes and has seen nearly everthing on this world. He has a Brother called Slaypher. They were fighting against each, the still are. Kiba is some sort of Angel, his brother a demon.

In his normal from he is a dragon with blue/green scales.
His scales are in either form soft but can become hard during a battle. 
He ownes the sword of  The Seiryuu/Sword of thousand Skulls. It is powerful and gives him the ability to use magic powers.

The family split, into light and dark.
They followers of Kiba are light... 

Vic is his older son.
Samuel is his younger son.

He has also a passionate relationship with Desu Yanata.. a dark wolf...  a relationship that turned into demon love and ended up in a beautiful marriage ...

Both were on his sides and toghether as a family they rule over the Castle Seiryuu.

Schehoe is his new pet..no not to cuddle..to torture >:3
