Born into the Scorpan royal family, Angora was expected to carry herself with dignity and respect even before she was able to walk. Her family has ruled over the country of Hyperia for over several millenia. Her father Ramses, though King of Dragons has no real control. The governing power is in her mother Ashara Scorpan.

Angora was named after the great Dragon Valkyrie who alongside the first Dragon King and later went on to become the stone in which all Valkyire are messured by. When she came of age her mother, the reigning queen sent her duaghter to train to become a valkyire so that when the time came for her to assume the throne she would be ready and well prepared for the duties that would be given to her.
