I have been very reluctant to make an official update on our, really my, situation regarding the recent outage. Many of you are aware that I tend to let ire get the best of me, and while I love nothing more than shelling out a piece of my mind; I feel this is detrimental to the legal process, which places significant emphasis on good faith.

The following is a statement that I made in Ychat today which summarizes the current state of affairs, which are mostly positive. However, more information regarding the recent skirmish and future plans will only become available as progress is made.

Thank you all again for the support - both financial and personal - that was shown and is demonstrated today in our strength as a community and thriving furry outpost.
